The Lagos State Government seem to understand that communication is key between the government and the citizens, having taken a huge step forward with its intention to introduce an online platform
where the residents can interact with government officials, get response on services and give feedback on services provided.
The platform essentially, is meant to enable residents communicate any problem occurring in their areas , make enquiries and give suggestions.The platform will be launched January 30.
