After recalling the exploding Note 7 Phones from customers all over the world , Samsung had to investigate the reason behind the explosion....
. The company explained that the reason for the explosion was as a result of improving the battery lives /capacity of the phone. The advancement in the battery capacity of the phone obviously did not work.Samsung has apologised to its customers.
