MTN May Acquire DSTV, GOtv

There are reports that Multi choice Africa are in talks with MTN a South African telecommunication company over the sale of the company.


Naspers Limited, the parent company of Multi choice Africa are the franchise owner of DSTV and GoTv, Cable reports.

"A sale is one of the options being considered by Africa's biggest company by market value and a final decision hasn't been reached. Naspers and MTN Group have briefly discussed a deal for Multichoice Africa, but no agreement was reached."

Multi choice Africa, which was founded in 1996 offers entertainment for subscribers in over 49 countries.
