EPL: Chelsea Crowned League Champion After Beating Westbromwich

After weeks of fantastic football with lots of  focus by  Antio Conte's side, Chelsea has been crowned the League Champion.


The Blues' victory was almost delayed as they had to cope with the resilience of West Bromwich who made it difficult for the champions to find the net.

The tone of the game, however changed and the battle, over, when substituent, Batshuayi found the net at eight minute to stoppage time.
It was a wild celebration for Chelsea  and their fans at the final whistle, and Antonio Conte was tossed up in the air by his squad.
