President, Mohammadu Buhari, resumed at his office today, Tuesday, and held closed- door meetings.
Buhari held separate meetings with the Minister of Justice and Attorney- General of the Federation, (AGF), Abubakar Malami and the Group Managing Director, (GMD), of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, (NNPC), Maikanti Baru, in the Presidential villa, Abuja, Daily Post reports.
The Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed, had in an earlier statement explained that the President needed time to rest and so "would now operate from home."
Malami, who is also a member of the Presidential committee, headed by vice President Yemi Osinbajo, investigating the suspended Secretary to the Government of the Federation, (SGF), Babachir Lawal and the Director- General of the National Intelligence Agency, (NIA), Ayo Oke, confirmed the President's resumption and also said he came to brief the President on the reports of its findings.
