Chukwudubem Onwuamadike a.k.a Evans , the Nigerian billionaire kidnap kingpin and his family.
According to Ghana's Deputy Foreign Affairs Minister, Charles Owiredu, who told Joy News on Thursday that any person involved in the issuance, would face the full wrath of the law.
According to him, preliminary investigations into the matter have revealed that two children of the kidnapper received their Ghanaian passports in 2010 while the wife had hers in 2013.
' Evans' who was arrested in Lagos on 10th of June 2017 is responsible for several high-profile kidnappings and armed robberies within several states in Nigeria and may have relocated his family to Ghana because of the nature of his 'business.
