Nollywood Actor, Uche Odoputa Speaks About His Jail Term

Nollywood  actor, producer and a director, Uche Odoputa, who was arrested in 2007 by the Nigerian Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), for trafficking drugs and ended up being jailed for two years and three weeks in a recent interview with BroadWay Africa TV spoke about the incident, his regrets and his plans for the future.

Uche said he took the drug trafficking offer because he thought he could in a great measure change his living conditions when he wasn’t getting any reasonable movie roles, and when he could not meet up with his responsibilities financially towards his family.
