Senator Dino Melaye of Kogi State who may face a possible recall from the senate has filed a law
suit against the Independent Electoral Commission (INEC), at the Federal High Court in Abuja.
The senator alleged that dead persons were some of the signatories to the recall letter collated and sent to INEC on Thursday. Dino disclosed this on twitter Friday evening and shared the photo.
