Senators Ali Modu and Ahmed Markarfi the former governor of Kaduna State have been on legal tussle for the Chairmanship position.
Today, two of the three presiding judges ruled in favour of Ali Modu Sheriff as the authentic Chairman while the third judge recognised Markarfi as the party chairman.
