The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC ) had asked the court through an application to order the forfeiture of the said amount which was allegedly diverted by the former Minister, to the Nigerian Government .
In granting the order the judge had said that he was satisfied with the evidences provided by the Agency.
