The Independent Electoral Commission (INEC), on its preparation towards 2019 general elections told the Senate yesterday, that it had no plans for electronic and Diaspora voting.
According to INEC chairman, Professor Mahmood Yakubu, there was no logistics in place to adopt such system and that not only is it expensive to execute but also lacked constitutional backing.
