Tuface Idibia Donates N3.5m To Assit UNHCR

Innocent Idibia, also popularly known as Tuface has supported the United  High Commission for Refugees(UNHCR), Nigeria, with a donation of N3.5m to aid humanitarian interventions.
Mr Hanson Tamfu, External Relations officer,  UNHCR, Nigeria made this known in a statement in Abuja on Monday
.
According to him, the donation from the Tuface Foundation is meant to assist people who have been displaced due to unrest both in Nigeria and outside the country.
Tuface also pledged his commitment and resolve to continually assist internally displaced persons in Nigeria and around the world with his music and talent as he intends to raise money through a concert to be organised in June for the cause.
Tamfu, quoted Tuface as saying "I am proud to support the UN Refugee agency because of its proven track record of being at the fore front of displacement emergencies.
"I want to help people who have been forced to flee their homes."
Mr Valentin Tapsoba, UNHCR's  Director of the  African Bureau thanked Tuface for his generousity and contribution to UNHCR.
