Donald Trump:Replacement For Flynn Turns Down Offer

President Donald Trump's new nominee for the post of National Security Adviser, Retired Vice Adm. Robert Harward  has turned down the offer.

He was meant to replace Retired Army Lt. General Michael Flynn who resigned on Monday for failing to brief the Vice President Mike Pence and other White House top officials of his conversation with the Russian Ambassador to the US.
Harward's reason was "financial and family issues which would have been challenging in this position". Which means these reasons would not make him committed to the job.
