The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) yesterday, re-arraigned former Managing Director of Bank PHB now KeyStone Bank,
Mr Francis Atuche alongside the former Managing Director of defunct Spring bank Mr Charles Ojo before Judge Ayokunle O. Faji in a Federal High court in Lagos, on a 45- count charge of alleged N125billion fraud. The re arraignment was due to the transfer of the judge who was handling the case to Port harcourt.
The agency re arraigned the Ex bank chiefs on charges of acquiring keystone bank shares with depositors' funds.
