Guatemala officials say members of a non profit organisation made up of a group women lied when they applied for tourist visa, so they would not be allowed to work in Guatemala.
The Dutch group known as women on waves, docked an "abortion boat " on the shores of Guatemala where they offer free abortion services to women  in countries where it is banned.
The women in early stages of pregnancy are taken in the boat to international waters where the abortion is performed.
Abortion is illegal in Guatemala, like most Latin American countries and it is only allowed when there is a risk to the mother's life.
The group say over 60,000 abortions are carried out in Guatemala annually and are performed by untrained people.
The Guatemalan authorities have asked the women to leave immediately but, the spokeswoman for the women in waves says its lawyers had appealed the decision.
