Daily Post reports that, Bakare, who had been sick for the past one year, had been suffering from a low blood flow to the heart, he had a lung-related disease.
His demise was confirmed by actor, Saidi Balogun.
"Yes, it is true Olumide Bakare, is dead. He died on his way to the hospital".
"When I called his number, his personal assistant told me he was dead."
" That is how much I can say for now," he said.
