Kemi Olunloyo Refused Bail, Sent Back To Prison Again

Earlier today, there was a report that a Magistrate Court in Port Hacourt, had granted bail to  Kemi Olunloyo, a popular blogger and journalist.


However, Punch reports that Olunloyo has been refused bail and remanded in Prison again.

The Federal High Court in Rivers State, denied Olunloyo, the daughter of the former governor of Oyo state bail and remanded her in prison after she was granted bail by a Magistrate Court.

Olunloyo and Samuel Walson, a Port Hacourt -based publisher were arrested over an alleged online defamatory publication  against a Pastor David Ibiyomie. The charges against Walson was however  dropped.
