Another Attack In Benue, Three Feared Dead.

There was another attack on Tse-Achia village near Kasar in the outskirts of  Zaki Biam, Ukum Local Government area of Benue State, on Friday leaving at least three
persons dead and several houses burnt.

Recall that the attack is coming just seven  days after a yam market in Zaki Biam was attacked by unknown gunmen where 52 people died and many houses and properties destroyed.

According to the police Public Relations officer, ASP Moses Yanmu who confirmed the attack, investigation is still going on and the perpetrators would be brought to book.

Yanmu also said that investigation has revealed that the attack was "retaliatory" and that the attacker's driver is from the village.

Meanwhile, the governor of the State, Samuel Ortom has accused his former security aid Terwase Akwaza also known as Ghana  of being behind the attack in Zaki Biam.
