The Italian parliament as reported by Sun, could be deliberating on which would allow women with painful periods go on a three day paid leave.
This means that companies would allow women stay off work for three days with pay if they suffer painful periods.
Although not everyone has applauded the move, if it is approved, Italy would be the first Western country to offer such leave to women in the country.
Please, can this happen in Nigeria?
