The returnees made up of 95 females,12 girls and 76 males were conveyed by a plane from Libya and landed in Nigeria at 4:15pm yesterday.
It would be recalled that over three hundred and fourteen Nigerians have been forced to return Back to the Country.
Abike Dabiri Erewa, Senior Special Assistant to the President on foreign Affairs and Diaspora matters had said last week that over 180 Nigerians were being expected from the North African country.
Some of there returnees who recounted their ordeal said they were maltreated and had suffered unimaginable torture in Libya and were only lucky to be alive and that many had lost their lives in the quest to cross the Mediterranean sea to Europe through Libya.
