Former Prime Minister Alain Juppe disappointed many of his supporters as he declares he will not replace Francois Fillon in next month  Presidential elections.

Francois Fillon is currently facing allegation and investigation over payments he made to his family members without them doing any work.
Juppe , who lost to Fillon in Les Republicains Primaries last November, says it is too late to remedy the situation or save the party which could face possible defeat because of the scandal.
"I confirm once and for all that I will not be a candidate in the election for the presidency of the republic" Juppe announced in Bordeaux where he is a Major.
"It is too late for me, but it is not too late for France. It's never too late for France, he said wishing whoever stands for the center -right, the "best of luck".
