The new travel ban would have banned nationals from Yemen, Syria, Sudan, Somalia, Iraq, Libya from coming into the US for 90 days and refugees for 120 days.
It was announced last month and was to be effected few hours before it was blocked. Iraq was excluded from the list and the new order also excludes green card and visa holders.
