President Buhari And The King Of Morocco Had A Telephone Chat- Femi Adesina


According to , Mr Femi Adesina , the Special Adviser to The President on Media and Publicity, President Muhammadu Buhari had a telephone chat with the King Morocco, King Mohammed VI.
The King of Morocco was said to have initiated the call to enquired about the President's health and was happy about the rate of improvement.


The two leaders, according to Adesina spoke about the  Morocco-Nigeria Atlantic crude oil project, and Morocco's  return to the African Union (AU).
He said King Mohammed thanked the president for his effort towards returning Morocco to the AU.


Morocco's King during the telephone chat, informed President Buhari of his country's intention to join The Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS).
Buhari, thanked the King Mohammed VI of Morocco for the call and said he looked forward to  closer ties between Nigeria and  Morocco.
