Spain Appoints Minister For Sex

A minister for sex has been appointed by the Spanish government to help boost the countries declining population. Spain among the developed countries in the world has the lowest birth rate.

The Spanish Prime minister Mariano Rayjoy confirmed the  appointment of Edelmira Barreira as the country's top sex official .
                                                              

Experts in the country say Spain's low birthrate is due to long working hours and a culture  of eating late among its citizens.

The government says the move is aimed at encouraging its citizens to produce more babies.
